Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 426 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30, 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The vehicle from which the alleged recovery is said to have been does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
