This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2018 of 2018, which stood dismissed for noncompliance of peremptory order dated 07.06.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had filed restoration petition vide Cr. Misc. (Token) No. 105030 of 2018 on 10.10.2018, but on account of some factual error in the petition, the same was withdrawn and after removal of the same, the present application for restoration has been filed. He further submits that he has removed all the defects.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10864 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 Appeal (SJ) No. 2018 of 2018 is restored to its original file and number.
