The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he being the husband indulged in such act of mental torture and the deceased lady was killed within seven years of her marriage. In view of the fact that the petitioner is the husband in a case registered under Section 304-B, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2013. It is accordingly rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
