The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 384, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Act, 1972 and under Section 8 of Mineral (Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2003. The son of the petitioner has been arrested and granted regular bail.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class,
