2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126, 115 ( 2 ), 117 ( 2 ), 118 , 75 , 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 (3) , 3(5) of the BNS and 27 of Arms Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , petitioner No. 1 is alleged to have assaulted informant with sword and petitioner No. 2 assaulted husband of informant by iron rod. Injury allegedly caused by petitioner No. 1 is found to be grievous in nature and injury caused by petitioner No. 2 is simple in nature .

4. Considering the fact that injury allegedly caused by petitioner No. 1 is grievous in nature , his prayer for pre - arrest bail is rejected.
5 . Considering the fact that petitioner caused simple injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner No. 2, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM sheikhpura in connection with Hathiyawan P.S. case No. 84 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
