2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 which was granted by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 667 of 2024.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 have no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
