The petitioner is accused in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016, registered under Sections 379, 411, 401 & 413 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of Vikram Kumar and a stolen motorcycle was recovered except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in two other cases, but he is on bail in both cases. The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3922 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
