The petitioner seeks bail in Benipatti P.S. Case No. 176 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR and no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.08.2021. Investigation is complete.
