2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 109, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner alongwith one co-accused fired indiscriminately at the informant and her children, as a result of which, three children of informant sustained fire-arm injuries.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
