The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 14 of the Child Labour Prohibition and Regulation Act, 1986.
Four children is said to have been recovered from Gaya Railway Station. Some persons forced them to work in Bengal factory. On search, raid was conducted and some children were found working in the bangle factory. It is alleged that the petitioner was gateman who did not allow the children to go out. Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 23.01.2017, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11904 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in kotwali P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017.
