2. After some argument, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to take appropriate remedy before the civil court as the vendor has sold the land keeping the petitioner in dark that the said land is subject to the ceiling.

3. Counsel for the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner is not against the State rather it is against the private individual.

4. In this background that the petitioner's grievance is against the private individual from whom he has purchased the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17625 of 2018(2) dt.03-03-2025 2/2 land. As such, this writ petition is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to avail his remedy before the competent civil court for refund of his amount with interest, if any advised.

5. With the aforesaid directions and observations, this writ petition stands disposed off.
