The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.108 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 506, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have opened indiscriminate firing at the house of the informant, with an intention to kill the him along with other co-accused persons. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that there is allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13971 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 nature. It is further submitted similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No.83020 of 2023 on 04.01.2024. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.06.2023. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.108 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
