2. The report of the mediation has come and the learned Mediator has reported that the parties have settled their disputes and the terms of the settlement are quoted as under:-

1. That the both the parties are living together as husband and wife.

2. That the petitioner is keeping her wife with full honour and dignity. He also assured that he will fulfill all requirements to his wife as per his capacity/ability.

3. That both the parties are agreed upon that Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No.09 of 2021 pending before Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15842 of 2022(20) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 Magistrate, Bhagalpur and Misc. Case No.24 of 2021 pending in the Court of Family Court, Bhagalpur will also be compromised and withdraw the petitioner undertakes to keep the Opposite Party No.2 with full passion and love. He will take care of his wife ie the Opposite Party No.2 and the minor child (Female). It is settled in between the parties that if such situation arises in which the terms and condition as resolved by the parties are not followed by then the Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No.09 of 2021 will revive automatically upon appropriate complaint filed by Opposite Party No.2 for which the petitioner shall be responsible.

4. That the aforesaid contents of the agreement have been read over and explained into Hindi, which have fully been understood and accepted by the parties.

3. Since, the parties have agreed for settlement of the disputes between them, this application is disposed of.

4. In case the parties do not obey the terms of the compromise, the criminal cases will revive as per the terms of the agreement.
