This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 363, 366A, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in the first information report is that the petitioner had kidnapped to Nusrat Khatoon, the daughter of the informant. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code stated that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner. She wants to be with the petitioner. Considering the statement of the victim-girl, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13276 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Champaran at Bettiah, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
