The petitioner seeks bail in Bairginia P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20 (b) of N.D.P.S. Act.
4.5 kilogram of Ganja was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 02.10.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 51⁄2 months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that for recovery of 4.5 kilogram of Ganja the petitioner has remained in jail for about 51⁄2 months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12123 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 satisfaction of the Special Judge, Sitamarhi in Bairginia P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016.
