JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-09-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent-Bihar State Financial Corporation (hereinafter referred as "Corporation").

2. The issue is not in dispute insofar as the fact that the order dated 28.06.2022 is subject to appeal before the Board of the respondent-Corporation.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be availing remedy of appeal by filing the same within a period of two weeks.

4. With liberty, writ application is disposed of.

5. It is expected that if the appeal is filed within two

(2) weeks, the Board will take a final decision on the
