This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the widow of the deceased employee. The offence alleged to have been committed by the petitioner, in the opinion of this Court, is not possible, Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
