2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9813 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that owing to communication gap between the petitioners and pairvikar/deponent, the petitioners were not communicated the order dated 26.04.2019 granting anticipatory bail and as such, the terms thereof could not be complied with within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10104 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 terms of the order dated 26.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9813 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
