The petitioners being the parents, brother, brother's wife and cousin brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after about three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand of motorcycle and TV. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4252 of 2016 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 petitioners that the victim, daughter of the informant, died on 23.10.2015 when the informant went to in-laws house but chose not to lodge FIR on pursuance of the Panchayat Mukhiya and Sarpanch and executed some bond and thereafter returned to his village, thereafter he became sick as a result of which he lodged the case after 11 days on 02.11.2015. The accusation of demand of dowry is specific against the husband of the victim, who is in custody.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case and thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
