The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2016 in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, he has no criminal antecedent and except his confessional statement before the Police, nothing has been recovered from his possession, and he is in custody since 22.10.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7521 of 2017 (312) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016.
