The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26183 of 2015 whereby the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 367 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned J.M., Saharsa and the petitioners were directed to surrender in the learned court below within a period of four weeks but due to some reasons they could not surrender in the learned court below within the stipulated period. The period of surrender of the petitioners in the learned court below is extended for a further period of three weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4295 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The order dated 23.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26183 of 2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
