Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.310 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 326, 384 of IPC and 13, 16, 19, 20 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and falsely implicated in this case and is not named in the FIR. Further, submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60499/2019, order dated 27.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42736/2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.8801 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,XIth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.310 of 2018.
