2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 18.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60273 of 2022, provisional bail was granted to the petitioner as both the parties are ready to settle the issues and settlement has taken place within 90 days. It was also directed that if no settlement took place, then in that case, provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled. Prior to date of settlement, petitioner has filed the present criminal miscellaneous case with a view to modification of order dated 18.11.2022.

3. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that he is

4. Counsel for the O.P. No.2 submits that O.P. No.2 (petitioner's wife) also wants to live with her husband.

5. In this view of the matter, this court hereby directs that the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.11.2022, shall continue and the petitioner is directed to go to the house of the O.P. No.2 and O.P. No.2 is directed to follow her husband (the petitioner).

6. It is also directed to O.P. No.2 that she shall file application before the court that both are started residing together, thereafter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed.

7. With this direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
