2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Navanagar P.S. Case No. 295 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 61(2)/103(1)/351(2)(3) & 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Sunil Tiwary fired at the deceased and thereafter Saroj Ojha and others also threatened the prosecution side. The petitioner is in jail since 27.11.2024.

4. Considering the fact that there is no allegation against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar / concerned court in connection with Navanagar P.S.
