Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 70946 of 2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months if no substantive progress is made in the trial.

This Court finds that this bail petition is pre-mature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application Petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail in terms of the order 10.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 70946 of 2018. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
