2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i). For a direction for high level enquiry relating to the incident of misbehave, ill treatment, abusing and threatening given by the SHO, Madhwapur police station, Madhubani to the petitioner in the premises of the police station. (ii). For a direction to the respondents to take immediate legal action against the SHO, Madhwapur police station relating to this matter."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police misbehaved with the petitioner when he went to lodge the report with regard to missing of his mobile phone. The petitioner has approached S.P., Madhubani also. 4.The S.P. Madhubani is directed to take cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner and enquire into the matter. During the enquiry, the S.P., Madhubani will take statement of the petitioner also and thereafter, act in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
