JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 The petitioner has earlier moved before this Court for grant of bail, which was rejected vide order dated 13.02.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3795 of 2017, with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that sanction is required and the case is still pending for taking cognizance and as such it has been submitted that time frame may be fixed.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

However, the learned special court is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17910 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 expedite the trial of this case.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
