The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) for direction to respondents to return the Raiyati land of the petitioners bearing Thana No. 563, Khata No. 239, Khesra No. 698, Area- 6 Dhurs as well as prohibit to mutation and Jamabandi in favour of private respondents
