The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Asaon P.S. Case No.117 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Irrespective of nature of allegation of non-recovery of liquor from the possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioners of similar nature.
