It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by the impugned order, documents which will show that he was on official duty in the Government office has been prayed to be summoned and the has been dismissed. This Court asked the petitioner as to whether any application was filed by the petitioner with regard to verification of alibi during the investigation. The petitioner says that he has no instruction.
