The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A)/504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Prosecution case in brief is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence while the daughter of informant was returning home, on the way, this petitioner and co-accused Dina Paswan tried to outrage her modesty. When the victim girl shouted for help both of them fled away.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Entire allegation is false and concocted and this case has been lodged with a view to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12124 of 2023(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 put pressure upon the petitioner and to extort money. No such occurrence as alleged in the FIR has ever taken place. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge VIth-cumSpecial Court POCSO Act, Gaya in connection with Belgaganj P.S.
