The petitioner seeks bail in Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 144/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379, 411, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with other accused persons was apprehended and from possession of the petitioner one statue of God Shiv and Goddess Shiva was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail for about 08 months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about 08 months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15804 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Madhubani in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 144/2016.
