This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dariyapur PS Case No. 363 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in the instant case is that a stolen motor cycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner was not aware that the motor cycle was stolen one. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.11.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur PS Case No. 363 of 2018.
