2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 607 of 2022 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 29 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., the allegation against this petitioner is that he purchased one country-made pistol from the apprehended accused persons.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During course of investigation, his name has transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused persons. Nothing has been

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 607 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
