2. Pursuant to order dated 02.09.2019, the Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Jehanabad, the person who had passed the order dated 09.10.2018, as well as the present person holding the post, are present.
3. The reason why they were called is recorded in order dated 02.09.2019.

4. The Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Jehanabad, who had passed the order dated 09.10.2018, tendered apology for having passed a cryptic order. The present incumbent has now passed a fresh and detailed order on 14.09.2019, copy of which has been made Annexure-G to the show cause filed by him.
5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that nothing further remains in the matter.
6. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
7. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, against the order dated 14.09.2019, with regard to shifting of date of grant of ACP to him which has been rejected.
8. Personal appearance of the officers stands dispensed with.
