2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Halso P.S. Case no. 105 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the informant was married to one Sanni Kumar. It is further submitted that the daughter of the informant was subject to cruelty for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the

No.15638 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and the main thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased. Further submission is that the husband has already been granted regular bail by a learned co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59710 of 2024. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioners.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Halsi P.S. Case no. 105 of 2024, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
