Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

These petitioners are alleged to have damaged laptop and electronic gazette and took away Rs.2200/- from the cash box of the shop of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no allegation of assault against these petitioners who have got no criminal antecedent.
