2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to provide the compensation amount for pacca house of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 172, Survey No. 473, Rakba 0.018 Hectare Mauza Musepur which has been acquired by the respondent authorities for construction of N.H. 19 four lane road as per the highest rate of Government regarding which petitioner has filed representation on 09.01.2012 before the District Magistrate, Saran (Respondent No. 3).

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1693 of 2016(3) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file fresh representation before respondent No. 3 with all the necessary documents in his support.

4. If such representation is filed by the petitioner within six weeks from today, respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
