Petitioner is in custody in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of other co-accused. He further submits that co-accused Raja Ram Jha has been granted regular bail by a coordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 64608 of 2018 vide order dated 26.10.2018. Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
