Instant application for modification has been filed on behalf of petitioners for extension of time by two weeks as they could not surrender within the stipulated period of six weeks provided to the petitioners vide order dated 18.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10393/2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to the existing situation of Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioners

In that view of the matter, the period of surrender is further extended by two weeks from today.
