2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 387, 386, 341, 323, 506, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioners brought their vehicle in the workshop of informant for repairing and when after necessary repairing, informant demanded his money, he was threatened and assaulted. It is further alleged that these petitioners forcibly lifted their vehicle without making any payment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to petty dispute over unsatisfactory repairing of vehicle, the alleged scuffle took place between the parties. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties and to this effect, a joint compromise petition has been filed in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, vide Annexure - 2. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, settlement made between the parties and clean antecedent of petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 319 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
