Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.11.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2612 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. It is submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time.

For the reasons disclosed in this application, it is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10365 of 2022(2) dt.24-06-2022 2/2 allowed and the time granted by order dated 15.11.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2612 of 2021, for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
