2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Deoaria P.S. Case No. 71 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 448, 506, 452, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14260 of 2024(4) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
