Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court functioning. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within the stipulated time, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 385, 387 of the IPC. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68763 of 2021 by this Court with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The petitioner has now filed this application for bail.

Considering the submissions made, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Belaganj P.S.
