JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Karhar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2013 registered under Sections 420,409,467,468,120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is a government servant and was deputed as In-charge of Purchase Centre and since the total purchase was guided and supervised by the senior officers of the District, he cannot be blamed. He is in custody since 07.09.2016. Also the charge has been framed.

No.11395 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas in connection with Karhar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2013.
