It is submitted by petitioner's Counsel that order dated 27.1.2014 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, directing for recovering an amount of Rs. 32,000/- from pensionary benefits of the petitioner was appealed against by the petitioner. The appeal has been disposed of by Inspector General of Police under Annexure 'A' to the counter affidavit. The order of the appellate authority is dated 5.10.2016. He submits that liberty may be granted to assail the said order in

Patna High Court CWJC No.2710 of 2016(3) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 appropriate proceeding in accordance with law. With liberty, as aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
