This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to first information report, co-accused, Kundan Kumar Mandal, had taken deceased, Vinay Kumar Mandal, along with him and subsequently dead body of Vinay Kumar Mandal suspected to be victim of murder was found. The petitioner is under suspicion. Submission of the petitioner is that co-accused, Kundan Kumar Mandal, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 18216 of 2016 and allegation against the petitioner is on better footing.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15879 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 141 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Purnea, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
