The petitioner submits that in course of hearing before the authorities concerned, a number of customers have signed an application stating that they do not have any grievance against the petitioner. He further submits that the show cause did not contain any inspection report.

In the circumstances, the impugned orders passed by the licensing authority as well as the Appellate Authority are set aside. The license of the petitioner would be restored if no third party
