In the background of elopement of Rani Kumari, daughter of the petitioner and Meghnath Rai with one Raja Kumar wherein hands of the deceased was also suspected and in the aforesaid background, it has been alleged by the informant, father of the deceased that Meghnath Rai, Chandan Kumar, Ranjan Kumar, Manju Devi (petitioner), Renu Devi, Sonu Kumar done to death, took away his mobile, motorcycle. From para-30 it is evident that the motorcycle as well as mobile was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Death caused by fire arm is shown in the postmortem.
