2. The present writ petition has been preferred for: for issuance of a writ in the nature of 'Mandamus' whereby and where under commanding and directing the state respondents to measure and where after restore the physical possession of the land bearing Khata no. 96 Khesra No. 699 measuring total area of land 2.12 decimals falling within Mauza Laxmipur Thana No.
315, P.S-Barhara Kothi, District- Purnea to the petitioner being the green card holder.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Collector Purnea to afresh along with all the documents to show that how the respondents are not taking note of the earlier orders.

4. State has no objection to it and submits that if such petition is preferred it will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
5. Granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector Purnea in next four weeks, who shall be taking up the matter and dispose it of at an earliest, the writ petition is disposed of.
